For 2012 we have continued with our cashback. Everyone will receive £40 cash back when they have completed the course and passed the Advanced Driving Test.

20 March
Associates 'Meet the Examiner' Evening - If you are an Associate, then we expect you to attend as this evening forms part of your course. The evening has been arranged so that the Examiner can tell you what he will be looking for on your test and to give you an opportunity to ask him any questions you may have about the test or driving in general. If you are unable to attend please let your Mentor know. We will be at Dobbies Sports & Social Club, Bradley Fold Road, Bradley Fold, Bolton, BL2 6QP and we'll be starting at 7.45 pm prompt and the session will end at approx 10.00pm.
31 March
Following the talk by Gordon Bartley at the October Group meeting we have arranged a visit to Manchester Airport Runway Visitor Park for 2.30 pm, Saturday, March 31st 2012. We will make our own way there, and our party will have exclusive access to Concorde for at least 90 minutes. The conducted tour includes a short Concorde video, a tour of Concorde's forward cabin, a visit to the cockpit and a nose to tail walk underneath the craft to look at some of the technology that made her so successful. Throughout the tour there are many photographic opportunities and at the end of the tour each participant receives a commemorative certificate. The cost of the tour is £15.00 (which includes your parking fee).
This is very early notice, of course, and we will not be collecting the fee until February 2012 but it will be very helpful if you could let me know if you are interested in joining the party. Refreshments are available at the visitor centre and you will be able to get some close views of other aircraft.
Please see me on a Sunday morning or call me on 01204 305098.
